Apple’s Biggest Asset
Think about it. Apple’s biggest asset is not it’s IP or infrastructure it’s the army of rabid fans who dominate discussion forums advocating the Apple cause. They tell their friends to buy a Mac instead of a PC. This is the foundation on which everything Apple does is built. Without it, Apple are just another computer manufacturer. Nothing special. With it Apple is more than a brand it’s a lifestyle.
Entrepreneurs like us should plant the fan base seed early and nurture it as our businesses develop. This must be a priority for all start-up’s in the current economic climate. Nothing beats a recession better than a good fan base. Apple’s Q4 fiscal results are due to be announced October 19th. Let’s wait and see if their rabid fan base can defy the recession yet again.
